Privacy & data protection

Last updated: June 2026

Who we are

This site is published by TAKOLOR INTERNATIONAL (“Takolor”, “we”), based in Tunis, Tunisia. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, contact [email protected].

Legal framework

We process personal data in accordance with Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, and — where it applies to visitors in the European Union — the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”).

What we collect and why

Contact form. When you use our contact form we collect the name, email, company and message you provide, solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you. Submissions are processed on our behalf by Web3Forms.

Analytics. To understand how the site is used we rely on:

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-first and cookieless. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors and collects no personal data, so it runs without consent.
  • Google Analytics 4 — used only if you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner. It sets cookies and processes usage data with IP anonymisation enabled. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention

Contact enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s settings (Google Analytics: up to 14 months; Cloudflare: aggregated, retained per Cloudflare’s policy).

Sharing & international transfers

We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing. Data is handled only by the processors named above (Web3Forms, Google, Cloudflare), which may process it outside Tunisia or the EU under appropriate safeguards. Any transfer of personal data outside Tunisia is made in accordance with the conditions of Organic Law No. 2004-63.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its processing, request portability, and withdraw your consent at any time — email [email protected]. You can also manage analytics cookies any time on our cookie policy page.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Tunisian data-protection authority (INPDP — Instance Nationale de Protection des Données à caractère Personnel) or, in the EU, with your local supervisory authority.

Changes

We may update this policy as our practices or the law evolve. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
